At Eno Consultants, our mission is to help people embrace their true selves and build meaningful, healthy relationships.

Tim Brooks, LCSW

I provide consultation with individuals, couples, and businesses. My goal is to help people create effective, satisfying transitions in their lives.

I have been a licensed clinical social worker since 1999 and specialize in life transitions, family systems treatment, and career/entrepreneurial development. I was co-founder and CEO of Carolina Outreach, a large behavioral health services agency. In addition, I was a co-founder of LIFESkills Foundation, a non-profit aimed at helping transitional-aged youth make a successful transition to adulthood.

I have been married for 22 years and my wife Thuy and I have 3 children. Working through all of the transitions of family life has led me to want to focus on promoting vibrant relationships that can help people navigate those transitions. In addition, my personal experience with prostate cancer has led me to want to help other people who are facing health challenges and the challenges and opportunities of aging.

Outside of Eno Consultants, I am a partner in Boost Ventures, providing coaching and other support to entrepreneurs from historically disadvantaged communities. I am an experienced and purpose-driven leader who believes that individuals and companies can excel through identification and communication of their core values, applying them to all aspects of lives and/or operations.

I am a seasoned mental health professional with a client-centered approach to therapy. My work with couples is informed by the Gottman Method, a research-based approach to improving relationships.

Throughout my career, I have been dedicated to helping individuals connect with their authentic selves, leading to greater fulfillment in their lives, work, and relationships.

As the founder of a successful mental health services agency with over 370 employees, I led the development of core values that shaped the organization’s culture, ensuring ethical practices and a high standard of care. This success was built on a foundation of respect, empathy, and the belief in each person’s capacity for growth and self-actualization.
